Gretchen is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor that’s passionate about her work and helping others. With 19 years of experience in the Mental Health Space she’s best known for her work with Mothers and Daughters and Teens. She’s always been passionate about her work with teens and found a unique niche for working with Mothers and Daughters when she first started her private practice. This niche propelled her into becoming a Best Selling Author with her 2019 release of I’m a Mom of A Teen Girl, Help! The success of the book quickly propelled her into starting a weekly Podcast titled, I’m a Mom of a Teen, Help! The dedication for helping parents navigate the teen years has always been a passion because she’s an Expert in Teens. Gretchen credits her success of working with Teens by being able to meet them on their level, something that parents just need assistance with. She also works from a holistic view and encourages all those that she works with to integrate Wellness as that has been the staple that’s allowed her to scale her private practice to a group practice and wellness space. Gretchen is passionate about helping other therapist in the field find their unique voice and serving those that need them most.
Gretchen holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Kean University as well as a Masters in Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is licensed in the State of North Carolina.
Gretchen currently serves clients throughout the State of North Carolina and is the owner of Grow, Encourage, Empower a thriving group practice serving the Adolescent, Gen Z and Millennial population.
